Release 2.7

Version 2.7 overhauls the Cohorts tab. Age ranges are now optional, and can be easily added or cleared. Treatment arms are now totally managed from within the cohorts tab.

We’ve also fixed a lot of small bugs, including fixing “jumping” of dose blocks on the dosing page and some layout adjustments.
