Fixes

• Prevent the “Site Demand” forecast preview from displaying depot-to-depot shipments as part of site demand.
• Removes unused inventory calculations during forecasting, giving a minor performance increase. This is now done based on the user’s group & pivot settings inside of a report, and is calculated on the fly.
