Release 3.2

This release adds clearer signals and safer defaults across forecasting and supply planning. When issues arise on the Supply Planning tab, a prominent danger icon now flags them so they are easy to spot and resolve. To align with typical clinical shelf-life expectations, the default shelf life is set to 365 days. We also introduced structured “reasons” for supply shortages, including the affected countries, so root causes are documented and actionable.
