Release 5.0
Feature Bug FixVersion 5.0 releases two big features: participant transitions and dosing actuals.
Participant Transitions
Participant Transitions are a way to describe a change in a participant’s treatment arm and status in a study using a new setting under the Cohorts tab. At a given day in the dosing schedule, you can specify a transition rule. Participants in one of the “From” treatment arms will transition to another treatment arm or drop out based on the ratios in the “To” column.

Dosing Actuals

You can now bring in dosing actuals for given participants under the “Participant Actuals” configuration screen. Within a scenario, you can toggle on dosing actuals. Once enabled, only actuals will be used before the reconciliation date, and Bluefin will resume forecasting afterwards.

Improvements
Other improvements include:
- Improving Cohorts layout
- Updated / simplified a few warning messages
- Some pages with disclosures will now automatically collapse when another is opened, to decrease overall burden.
