Forecasts now show a notice when Dosing Actuals is enabled but no dosing records are provided. The notice explains why forecasted doses on or before the reconciliation date are excluded and how to resolve it.

Fixed the display of long depot names in forecast notices. Details are now grouped vertically by depot, with a separate option to show more for each depot.
Replaced generic errors when adding or editing depot shipments with clear messages about invalid dates, matching origin and destination depots, or unavailable records.
