Improvements

• Expand a participant in the participant preview to view their doses without opening the separate dosing preview.
• The participant preview now shows entry and final treatment arms when participants have treatment transitions.
• The participant preview now shows dropout dates for participants who drop out through treatment transitions.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where importing dosing actuals without a lot could create duplicate records instead of updating existing records.
• Fixed an issue where missed doses from external integrations were not treated as missed in forecasts.
